You can cancel a subscription at any time, with no notice period. Payments run through our payment partner Paddle, which is also your contractual partner for the purchase; cancellations are handled there.
Sales start shortly, so there are no running subscriptions yet. Once you have one, the management link in every payment confirmation from Paddle takes you straight to the cancellation.
Write to me if you cannot find the link - I will pass the cancellation on.
What applies after cancellation
The subscription runs for one year. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that paid year: until then the export stays unlocked, after that nothing further is charged and the subscription does not renew. There is no notice period to observe - you can cancel up to the last day.
One-off purchases are not affected
A calculator bought individually is not a subscription and needs no cancellation. It stays yours even if you end a subscription running alongside it. The report PDFs and export files you have already created are yours in any case and work independently of this website.
