As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving reasons. Your contractual partner for the purchase is our payment partner Paddle, which sells in its own name; withdrawals are received and refunds arranged there.
Sales start shortly, so there are no purchases yet that could be withdrawn. Once you have bought, the management link in every payment confirmation from Paddle takes you straight to the withdrawal.

When the right of withdrawal expires early
For digital content the right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly agreed that performance begins before the period ends, have confirmed your knowledge that this ends the right, and have received a confirmation of that. Buying a report PDF is the typical case: the file is created immediately. As long as one of these conditions is missing, the right of withdrawal remains.
What applies after withdrawal
The amount paid is refunded in full. There is no compensation for use in the meantime; that is excluded for digital content. Files already downloaded stay with you technically, but may no longer be used after the withdrawal.
A user account is not a purchase
A withdrawal concerns the purchase, not your free user account. You can delete the account yourself at any time, independently. Conversely, deleting the account does not end a purchase contract.
